Welcome Gala! The details make this 585 real gold (14 carat) piercing from Buddha Jewelry Organics. The 3mm long and 1.5mm narrow Swarovski zirconia is held by a setting that completely surrounds it. And at the end there are three small balls as a conclusion. The frame itself is also decorated and reflects the light beautifully.
The whole piece of jewelry is 5mm long and 2.3mm wide.
