With three small, round rhinestones, five of which are marquise cut rhinestones in various sizes that extend outwards and fan out. The whole glittering splendor is held in a subtle setting made of 14 carat yellow gold, which crowns the ends of the zirconias in marquise cut with a small golden ball. With a 10mm diameter on the longest side, the Valentina attachment is not made for small ears.
