How can 4mm diameter look so good that you want to wear it in almost every piercing? Anatometal's Zia Opal, made from 18k real gold and a 2mm synthetic opal, does just that:
It looks good and, thanks to its small diameter, fits into a Nostril piercing as well as into a Medusa piercing or a Tragus piercing.
The synthetic opal is held on 4 sides by a claw setting between a total of 12 small yellow gold balls. In groups of three, these frame the gemstone on 4 sides.

Backside
Internally threaded attachments require a suitable back. The attachment is the front and depending on the piercing location where you want to wear the attachment, you still need the appropriate back. These are usually labret plugs with an internal thread. If you don't have a matching back yet, don't forget to order it as well.
