A 2mm clear zirconia surrounded by 14k yellow gold and a small gold bar at the lower end - also made entirely of 14k yellow gold. The two parts are connected by two eyelets, which means that the 'gold bar' can be moved.
The piece has a width of 3mm and a total length of 10mm, so it needs some space below and looks good in a helix piercing, for example, as shown in our example photo.
