Which countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver to Germany, Andorra, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Poland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary, Croatia, Finland and France.

How do I return an item?


You can return incorrectly shipped or defective items to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

For reasons of hygiene, the jewelry must not be worn before being returned.


How can I pay with you?


We accept the following payment methods in your piercing shop:
- PayPal
- Payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard)

- Cash on pickup

How long does delivery take?


Your goods will usually be shipped 2 - 3 working days after receipt of payment with our contract partner DHL.


How do I redeem a voucher code?


Please enter the voucher code in the corresponding field - under the products in your shopping cart. The corresponding reduction will now be displayed in the shopping cart. Only one voucher code can be used per order.


Can I also order by telephone?


For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to order by telephone. But you are welcome to come to us at any time during the opening times and view and buy the selection directly on site. We look forward to you.
