What shipping do you offer?
We send your goods as an insured parcel with shipment tracking via our shipping partner DHL.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to the whole EU as well as Switzerland and San Marino

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time for standard deliveries within Germany by the shipping partner DHL is usually 2 to 3 working days.
Shipping within the EU may take up to 8 workind days.


Please note that the delivery time for orders with advance payment is delayed accordingly (the time of receipt of payment applies).


How do I know my order has been shipped?
When we hand over your package to the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In the shipping confirmation you will find a DHL shipment code with which you can track the status of your shipment online.


How much are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping in Germany is free of charge for orders of € 30 or more. Deliveries with a value of less than € 30.00 cost € 4.99. Shipping is automatically insured up to a value of 500 € and has a tracking number under which you can track your parcel.

Shipping withitn the EU is free of charge for orders of 99€ or more. Delieveries with a value of less than 30€ cost 12.90€, orders between 30 and 98€ are 8.90€

How do you deal with returns?

If we have delivered the wrong article or something else is wrong with your article, you can return the article to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt - if the hygiene seal is undamaged!
Every piece of jewelery is delivered to you welded in, the weld seam must remain closed if you want to return an item. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back jewelry that has been opened.
You will receive the postage back within 3 working days of receipt by us in the same way that you paid.
If you don't like the item you ordered you can of course return it as well as within 14 days of receipt. In this case you pay the postage yourself. Again the item needs to be unopened to send it back.

What do I have to consider when sending a return?
If an article does not meet our quality requirements and you have to send it back
When returning, please include the order number, which you can find in your confirmation email from us, for example.
We accept returns if:
- You withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt paying the postage yourself, (e.g. because of dissatisfaction)
- we have delivered the wrong goods
- the goods are defective

How do I return?
When returning the goods, please make sure that:
- has sufficient postage
- is unused
- is securely packaged
We can not accept damaged items due to unsecure packaging


Can I also exchange an item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange one article for another.
