Bright Clusters
LeRoi Fine Body Jewelry's bright cluster combines two clear cubic zirconias with a synthetic white opal in the center.
The three gemstones are set in a thin titanium frame. The two outer rhinestones are each 2mm in diameter and the synthetic opal is the largest gemstone at 3mm. This piercing is slightly curved so that it follows the natural shape of the helix or conch.

Backside
Internally threaded attachments require a suitable back. The attachment is the front and depending on the piercing location where you want to wear the attachment, you still need the appropriate back. These are usually labret plugs with an internal thread. If you don't have a matching back yet, don't forget to order it as well.
 
Nickel free
This piercing jewelry is made of implantable titanium and is therefore nickel-free and suitable for allergy sufferers and for initial use.
