The extra rhinestone was placed directly on the lower one - the upper and lower zirconia each have a diameter of 4mm and the largest has a diameter of 6mm.
The third extra rhinestone at the lower end of the largest zirconia gives this navel piercing a length that is not suitable for the short navel.
