Ball to ball to ball. All made of 14 karat rose gold. And a clear cubic zirconia. Sophies Tear by BVLA is a delicate piece of jewelry for your ear piercing.
The 6mm height and 4mm width are barely noticeable in this deisgn, as the center remains free. The balls are arranged in a teardrop shape. In the center of the 'belly' is a 1.25mm clear cubic zirconia. The tear can be worn as shown in the photo with the tip up, or with the tip down - style your ear as you like.

Attachments with internal threads need a suitable back. The attachment is the front piece and depending on the piercing area where you want to wear the attachment, you will need a suitable back side. These are labret studs with internal thread. If you don't have a matching back yet, don't forget to order it as well.
