Opal Heart
This heart-shaped synthetic opal in an 18k setting is one of our personal favorites. This unique design by the company 'Anatometal' has a 5mm large white opal and sits particularly nicely in a conch piercing. 
 
The synthetic opals used by Anatometal shimmer in all facets and, like every article from Anatometal, have a lifelong guarantee against discoloration or falling out.
The attachment is made of 18 carat solid gold and has been hand polished to achieve a smooth surface.

These ends screw on, and work only with internally threaded ends of the same gauge. Threaded ends and posts are sold as individual pieces. If you’re looking for a complete piece of jewelry, make sure to purchase a corresponding threaded post for your end.
