Wonderful large marquise fan made of 18 carat rose gold by Anatometal with four clear zirconia in a fan shape. The frame completely surrounds the 2 x 4mm zirconia and still looks filigree. The focus is clearly on the sparkle of the zirconias.

Backside
Attachments with an internal thread require a suitable back. The attachment is the front and depending on the piercing point in which you want to wear the attachment, you still need the appropriate back. Mostly these are labret plugs with an internal thread.
