The Icon attachment by Anatometal made of 18 carat yellow gold rightly bears the name "icon"!
The 5.5mm long and 3mm wide piercing jewelry consists of 2 rhinestones in different sizes and shapes. Both gemstones are held by a thin real gold setting and connected to each other.
The round zirconia has a diameter of 1.5mm and the pear-shaped zirconia is 2 x 3mm.
The filigree piece of jewelry can be worn in many piercings on the ear, even in places that do not have much space such as a Forward Helix piercing or a Tragus piercing.

Internally threaded attachments require a suitable back. The attachment is the front piece and depending on the piercing area where you want to wear the attachment, you still need a matching back. These are usually labret studs with an internal thread. If you don't have a matching back yet, don't forget to order it as well.
