ATTENTION: This is threadless piercing jewelry, NOT costume jewelry. This is ONLY the front and still needs a matching back.
The Serena attachment by Norvoch is a 14 karat (585) yellow gold jewelry stud. A 2.5mm clear cubic zirconia sits in the center and is framed by spheres in 2 different sizes. The larger beads sit directly on the bezel setting of the glitter stone. The smaller spheres are on the outside in the spaces between the larger spheres. Overall, Serena has a diameter of 5.8mm and looks just as large.
So this round piece of jewelry does especially well in a Conch or a Helix piercing.

Backside 
Attachments without thread need a suitable backside. The attachment is the front side and depending on the piercing area in which you want to wear the attachment, you still need the matching back side. These are threadless labret studs. If you don't have a suitable back yet, don't forget to order one.

This piercing jewelry is made of nickel-free 14 carat yellow gold and suitable for allergy sufferers as well as for the first use.
