Threadless Tapers
The Threadless Taper is an insertion aid for inserting your piercing jewelry without a thread. The taper is slightly thinner at the front and is 1.2mm thick at its widest point at the back. At the end there is a thin extension, on which the back to be used is placed, for example a threadless labret as shown in our example photos.
This makes it easier to insert the back into the puncture channel - the taper serves as an extended guide.
If the back sits in the branch channel, the taper is simply pulled off to the front and the attachment can be attached.
