The BVLA Afghan is one of your favorite models. With the Tiny Pear Afghan you can finally wear the oval shape of the Afghan in a smaller form!
The Tiny Clear Afghan Pear is 7mm long and 5mm and therefore fits into a Helix piercing or a Medusa piercing, depending on the anatomy.
The clear zirconia in its center is 3 x 2mm and the decorated setting on the outside is made of 14k yellow gold. We love the design in a pierced ear too.

Backside
Internally threaded attachments require a suitable backing. The attachment is the front piece and depending on the piercing area where you want to wear the attachment, you still need a matching back. These are usually labret studs with an internal thread. If you don't have a matching back yet, don't forget to order it as well.
